Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

42-6 OSU

How odd is it that UB has posted the smallest margin of victory for the Buckeyes.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

42-6 OSU

How odd is it that UB has posted the smallest margin of victory for the Buckeyes.
couple reasons:

1. The game is at turdue
2. O$U's offense basically blows
3. Turdue will get some garbage points
4. I am objective

OSU offense is not impressive

OSU 17

Purdue 3
Maybe so, but neither is Purdue's defense.
Our defense hasnt been that bad.

Toledo scored 31 points in a game that featured alot of poss.
Oregon scored 38 including a INT for a score and a Fumble for a score.
Didnt play well against NIU
24 to ND
27 to NW but the Offense had 6 TOs many giving NW great field position.
35 to Minn and if you watched the game you cant really blame the defense for all of those.

Our defense isnt great by any means but there not that bad. This guys has played well enough for us to have 3 or 4 wins.
HOMER ALERT

HOMER ALERT

turdue's defense blows donkey cocks. norhern Ill and Toledo lit your asses up for over 500 yards each AT TURDUE.

We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

last time we played them at home, we had an even worse defense and lost 24-7.
First it was 23-7

Second, I was at that game (I'm actually wearing the Black Out shirt today). We were dominated, completely utterly dominated. In fact I believe we broke the team record for number of punts in a single game.

Tressel has class and rarely runs up the score especially against fellow Big Ten teams. He turned the machine off at the start of the second quarter and coasted to the victory. They will likely do the same tomorrow.

They ran the clock out as much as they could and punted\kicked field goals rather then try for the TDs. Not to mention we won the turnover game in that match (3-1) and failed to capitalize on it. Considering we are the worst team in the nation in terms of Turnovers and points given up on turnovers, things could be much much worse than 2007.

i was there too, and i know they were playing with us,

but that couple with a lackluster offense and i don't think they put more than 24 on us.

They won't need too, the offense sucks.
