Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I can't think of a reason right now why Tressel wouldn't pull Pryor.
who is the backup?

I'm going to have to leave for my son's flag football game in about 15. Good luck in finally ending the streak. Looking really good right now.

Talent with no intelligence was enough to get Jamarcus Russell a big payday. Of course he had a good O Coordinator and playmakers at the skill positions to help him out.

Backup is Joe Bouserman. He's a sophomore.

Wow.

When Valentin isn't fumbling games away, he's a hell of a player.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

Off topic i know, but how old is your son? My 5 year old just started flag this year. Today was actually his last game of the regular season.

on that, i agree full heartedly. If he didn't fumble once or twice for every big play, he'd me amazing.

although i am absolutely ecstatic that we are winning and closer to ending "the streak", this just makes me more pissed off about our performance in the previous 5 games

OSU looks FRAZZLED. We're missing very few tackles, etc This is crazy. I'd have more pride if it wasn't for the same number of TOs

9. He really wants to play Pop Warner (I'm not real big on nine year olds being coached by guys talking like Uncle Rico about how the coach should have put him in the game in high school). Anyway, he has Rolandic Epilepsy, so he probably won't ever be cleared to play football. He does play baseball and is playing basketball this year.
