Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Football coaches tend to not be particularly articulate. I can live with that...if he wins.

Reminds me of Krispy.

Sure is a good thing basketball games are played more than once a week.
too bad Krisy has one more final four than all of turdue coaches the past 30 years

In what way does that pertain to IU?

Krispy at IU:

6 wins in five months...including just one win in the last three months.

really? did you really just post that?

shit no coach in america could have won more than 6 games with that CYO team last year. when you lose 2 players EARLY to the NBA and kick the remaining 80% of the team off an lose 2 top recruits anyteam in america would stink.

I give Crean kuddos for sucking it up and even taking the job knowing his career record is going to take a huge hit for 2 years.

you sir are a moron

Boiler, maybe you should be worried about Painter. He won 20+ games from November to March, but hasn't won any since.

You sir are a hypocrite (and a MORON).

Why is it that when a Purdue fan gives a reason/excuss you always CRY excusses excusses (ex Purdue BB 2005-2006 season), but when it comes to an IU fan giving a reason/excuss it is always is a reason (ex IU BB 2008 season)?

You should probably go cry on someones shoulder who is going to sypathetic to your reasons/excusses. I guarantee you it won't be a Purdue fan.

when turdue went 16-40 it wasn't because of NCAA sanctions, good players getting kicked off, NBA defections and very good recruits renigging.

It was because the couldn't attract decent talent and complete erosion of an already inept program. It's called just being bad.

Dear Excusemaker,

None of your babble changes the facts. And here's another one: If Purdue wins tomorrow, Danny Hope will already have more Big Ten wins than Krispy.

Not just Hope. Bill Lynch also had more B10 wins in his first year than Krispy.

According to IU fans' cherry-picking logic (Unbathed, excuseemperor, adazingHoosier, etc), Davis has a better resume than Krispy.

- Final Four
- More NCAA wins
- Conference Championship

Ironic that Davis is the most successful coach IU has had since 1993, yet he's the only one who got (more or less) fired for not winning.
