Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Fuck those Phillies fans who were cheering when A-Rod got hit on the first pitch. They can take those cheers and stick them up there cheesesteak loving asses.
id have hit him in the head. if i was gonna do it on purpose that is. or at least employed jason varitek to shove the ball up his ass.
at least gay-rod hasnt tried to slap anybodies purse this series, ala the "04 debacle.
what a tool. i cant believe i dont burn his rookie card now. well, i might need the money later. faggots will be faggots, might as well make money off them if you can.
lol
its not only fashionable to queer, its now against the law (a hate crime) to say so. i better end the thought on that note before the stasi show up at my door.
I just think your disliking of A-Rod so much is comical.
theres a shirt that sells at fenway park that says,
"jeter sucks and A_ROD swallows."

it used to just say jeter sucks before gayrod became a skank. im a yankee hater. and proud of it.

If either was on the Red Sox, you'd worship the ground they walk on.

wrong. i was against the proposed trade for arod going to boston. i just hated to see him end up in pinstripes. i wanted to see him stay in texas or go to somebody completely irrelevant...like the cubs.

red sox fans and their attitude toward the yankees really really remind me of Turdue attitude towards IU.

the only difference is the Red Sox have actually won something

i dealt with alot of heartache, which finally came to pass in '04, not '03. '03 was was the ugly aaron fucking boone incident when pedro went 1 inning too many.
i never talked any shit, i always knew boston would find a way to kill me again; it had happened too many times in my lifetime. i was more shocked than celebratory in '04.
to this day, '04 is still a haze. i kept waiting for the implode and it never came. youd have to be a lifetime sox fan to understand it.
when st. louis made the final out i was like, " what the fuck am i supposed to do now? WE WON THE FUCKING SERIES." i was in unchartered waters.

I'm just saying, for all those years the Sox never won and always choked. They finally put it together and you seem to be on a high horse about your team.

I'm a Cubs fan, I know all about heartache and being ready for the other shoe to drop. I know one thing, if the Cubs ever win, I won't be as arrogant about it as many Sox fans have been.

i officially forgive him.

i was in the marines that year and sitting in a common area in jacksonville florida with 20 mets fans who all happened to be of african-american dissent. i never said a fucking word to them the whole game boston led...when he made that error, i had to fight my way out of there and back to my room. they were so obnoxious and in my face. buckner made the error, not me, and i never said a word the whole game. those stupid fucks got in my face like i just killed their momma. ive never seen anything like it.
now that im armed, it wouldnt be safe to see them again. i never saw such bad sportsmanship in my life. its why young guys serve in the military, us old guard would turn into coon hunters in a second nowadays.

im not on a high horse. i hate the fucking yankees; always have, always will. whats so bad about that? do you like the cardinals?

im content knowing i saw something happen TWICE now, that i thought id never see in my lifetime. i dont talk shit about anybodies baseball team other than good nature ribbing. i cant complain if boston never wins another title in my lifetime...you cant take '04 or '07 away from me.

And the Sox were irrelevant before 2004?

I'm guessing you'll say yes now, but you would have answered completely different in 2003.

And the Sox were irrelevant before 2004?

I'm guessing you'll say yes now, but you would have answered completely different in 2003.
easy on the cub complex man. i only used the cubs as an example cause theres so many of you here. i could have easily said cleveland, or kansas city. i just chose the cubs for obvious reasons.

Irrelevant, and I'm sure every sports fan in America knows their history. I'd say thats a little more than irrelevant.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel
