| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! Alex Smith just got a personal foul call in his favor. There have been many others over the past few weeks. Brumdogg says only the top QBs get those calls. Perhaps you should stick to looking up stats that don't tell the whole story, atleast you are good at that. |

Injuries have just caught up with them. They're secondary and LBs have been decimated and it simply didn't show with their easy schedule to start. As they get guys back you can expect them to start to play better. They will get back Sintim, Boley, Canty, Bernard, Dockery and Ross. The one problem is that they won't get Kenny Phillips back and CC Brown (his replacement) is the guy who is giving up all the huge plays. He is terrible.I think the Giants might move Terrell Thomas to safety once they get Aaron Ross back. Something has to be done to get CC Brown out of there. |

I just LOVE anecdotal evidence. (it's okay, you can look up the definition, no one will know) You're right. Scrubs get just as many calls as the veterans, IU shouldn't have fielded a basketball team last year, and Malik Story is the bomb. Happy? |

Evil I know you only post shit like this because you're trying to contribute towards the 56,000 post cause BG posted about. I know you don't actually take yourself seriously, that you don't mean it when you spend all your time on this board picking fights with everyone who has ever disagreed with you. Right?

After decades of watching sports, you've finally made me see the light. For years, it seemed like when a play was questionable that the bigger name player tended to get the benefit of the doubt, but obviously I was mistaken. I mean, it made sense at the time to think that a referee as a human being would look at a player like Jordon or Montana and be swayed to call fouls in their favor, but obviously one average quarterback having a foul called in his favor proves without a shadow of doubt that I was blind. Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, That saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found, Was blind, but now, I see. :priest: |

You do know that the tuck rule was called in a game against NE earlier that season right?.......Vinny Testaverde benefitted from it. Belichick is on record as saying that as soon as he saw the replay he knew the fumble would be overturned. |

I also think Eli's injury has a lot to do with it. Before his injury, NYG would get up on opponents early which would make them more predictable offensively for the rest of the game. This allowed their pass rush to pin their ears back which helps hide the flaws in the secondary. I haven't checked the stats, but it doesn't seem like they are controlling the ball early in games and have been falling behind. It's also worth pointing out that they have been playing a few of the better teams in the NFL recently. Eli seems like he always goes through a rough 3-4 game patch during the season. They should bounce back. |
