Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Please do not highjack an memorial thread. If you wanna discuss the way Purdue handles challenges please start another thread. Life is very precious and this is very sad thing to hear and regardless of why he left Purdue his memory and life deserve more than talking about the mistakes kids have made.

knock it off BG. you act like his parents will be reading this thread. It's not like we're trespassing his funeral with hand granades.

is it sad? sure it is. But you, I and everyone else will eventually die and our families/friends will grieve and life will go on. It's part of the life cycle so quit acting like a PC pansy.

Here is a little more detailed account from the local news.

Fox 16

I saw this thread but didn't read the story, and i hadn't seen the local news all weekend, so i hadn't connected the two. I remember thinking it was a pretty good deal when he transferred to UALR, but then he never actually played. I remember hearing some stuff about why at the time, but it has completely slipped my mind. Anyway, sad stuff.
