Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

IU has a much better chance of winning 20 games than turdue has of even making a final 4
lol
Remember who your aguring with and what he counts as wins. IU has already had 3 intersquad games so you know they have already won 3 games.

Purdue had (I'm almost positive) the youngest starting 5 in basketball in 07-08. And we placed second in the conference and won a game in the tournament. So what were you saying about IU's youth as a hinderance?
the league blew even worse that year

IU's 14-4 record, plus the B10's overall performance in NCAA proves just how bad the conference was in '08.

'09 seems to be a different story. Only bitter IU fans and Big East homers seem to think the B10 was down this past season.

I'd say so...since they only beat two top 40 opponents. One of them being mid-major (#38) Illinois St. Then went on to get creamed by bubble-team Arkansas in the first round.

I'd be disappointed too.

what does that say about your beloved turdue team whom they pretty much toyed with and dominated?

1) LMAO @ "toyed and dominated". IU played its most emotional game of the year to send its loser coach out with a win...and still barely won at home.

2) No one said Purdue's 15-3 record was a huge accomplishment, given the strength of the opposition. In fact, some have said the Boilers underachieved that year.

I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

lol @ a game that was never that close. IU got its first lead with 5 minutes left in the 1st half. 12 points was the biggest lead of the night. And it was a one possession game with 5 minutes left in the game.

Eat another doughnut Homer Simpson.
