Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

IU offered Hulls first.

and getting Selby is completely different than a 4 year player like Hulls
There's a hole at the point, Crean can see it.

And IU did not offer Hulls first. Byrd had an IU offer as early as May of 2007. Hulls wasn't offered until May of 2008.
you dipshit, Crean was hired in April 2008. how could he have offered for IU in 2007?

you=moron
I never said Crean, I said IU. Learn to read.

DJ Byrd had more offers and was recruited much earlier than Jordan Hulls. Hulls was a backup plan to most schools.
Crean didn't offer nor want him. huge difference

this also tells me Hulls has DEVELOPED into the better player from 2 years ago.

wait for it...................

When did I say that IU's players wouldn't get better?

And Byrd will not be a bench warmer.
you said byrd was better than most of IU's freshmen and that none of IU's freshmen would see the floor at turdue

fact is, byrd would be the 4th or 5th best freshman in IU's class
Absolutely false.

I said Byrd and Elston were 1A and 1B as college prospects in the state of Indiana. I said Hulls wouldn't see the floor as a freshman at Purdue (which he wouldn't).

Do you enjoying lying so much?

Well this season is off to a fast start...

"Purdue sucks all their players are terrible"

"No that's not true, our players are good and IU is unproven!"

"No! Purdue sucks!"

"No they don't!"

"Yes they do!"

"No they don't!"

"Yes they do!"

"No they don't!"

"Yes they do!"

The cycle begins!

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

or eric gordon or greg oden or glenn robinson I could go on and on

I OWN YOU

Hulls>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>bryd

lol

Only time will tell. The fact that you've never seen either play just shows me you are a big time homer.

And putting Jordan Hulls in the same category as Gordon, Oden, or Robinson may be the funniest thing you've ever written on here, and that takes a lot.
I have seen them both play and I am much more impressed with Hulls

did Duke recruit Bryd?

Did Hulls get invited to the NBA Top 100 Camp? Who did IU offer first, Byrd or Hulls? If Hulls is so good, why is Tom Crean DESPERATELY trying to get a top PG for 2010?

You're going to be so disappointed.
01 Hulls, Jordan....... 5-6 2-2 2-2 1 0 1 0 14 3 0 0 3 21

Maurice Creek with 5 TOs.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

As long as he continues to play against colleges named after prayers, he'll be golden.

and yet Dj Bryd playing against an equally shitty team with supposedly much better players around him turned it over 5 times and was a hack saw.
