Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

3rd and 6 on their own 24...Navy runs for a first down when a stop by Notre Dame would have given them all the momentum to tie it up in the world.

Tell you what...I'm sick of watching ND receivers push off of Navy defenders and there not being an offensive pass interference call.

Okay, 1:48 left ND ball on their own 12, down by 7, no timeouts.

Floyd with a huge drop, Claussen follows with a bad throw. Third down.

PS ND down 7-0 to Navy, since when do they start at 1:30 and not 2:30?
They do that every year. Their home games move from 2:30 to 1:30 after the time change.
ohhh...right
thanks.
Doesn't matter what time it started, game is over now. Down by 2 touchdowns at the start of the 4th and they can't stop the option. Plus Clausen may or may not be back. He should have slid.
in all seriousness, wasn't floyd being gone the reason why ND was supposively struggling on offense?
They haven't necessarily struggled on offense, they have just struggled to score td's and yeah he was supposedly the reason.
Personally, i he is part of it, but it is also partly poor play-calling. They aren't using their tightends in the middle of the field and they aren't running the ball in the red-zone. Then, when they do run it, instead of spreading the D out and and running the zone and trap plays that work so well for them, they try to turn into a power running team - whichthey aren't

Safety, game. I guess it's true....Weis is going to lead Notre Dame into situations they've never been to before. Two home losses in a row to Navy.

game. THeir kicker does do a good job with their onside kicks, though.

He is a pretty good kicker all around. It is a shame his first 2 misses of the season could have meant the difference in this game.

Didnt they lose their top 2 TEs in the game.

I think so, but that isn't an excuse.

IF the defense would play with as much intensity and focus for a whole game as they do in the last 10 minutes of every game ND would be undefeated.
