Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

We are up four (11-7) just under 4 minutes gone in the first half. Verdell had a nice spin move in the lane. Then turned around and made a turnover.

After coming home from a crazy busy day at Dan's Comp, before I even get into the door I have my dad asking me to hook my damn laptop up to the TV for the game. This little, almost effortless, task has made me instantly pissed at the Big Ten Network for being taxing fools for coverage.

Fuck that streaming shit. Did it once, worked just fine. But the more I think about it, the more ridiculous it is to me. $3, yeah that's nothing... but it's the thought that counts. ESPN wouldn't charge.. GRRRR

I know what your are saying. Under 12 timeout and Verdell has 3 turnovers already. Elston had a nice dunk, but needs to learn to find his man and block out. We are up 18-11.

I guess no one is interested. IU is up 16, Creek has looked good.

Not related to IU but I put on the BTN hoping to see the game but instead they have OSU's actual season opener. Thus far Evan Turner is doing whatever the fuck he wants. He has like 12 points, 10 rebounds and 5 or 6 assists and its not even half time.

Evan Turner is a great player. If he didn't come back to OSU, then they would be more in the middle of the pack.

Rivers has looked good controlling the offense and they are shooting 70% from the field. We are up 15 just under the 8 minute timeout. Creek leads IU with 7 points.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

OSU scares me. Bufford is gonna be a stud, and Turner already is. Deibler can get hot and shoot the lights out. They lack a good inside game but they have some really good skill players. Plus they get Lighty back this year.

Don't they have BJ Mullens back?

I think he jumped pro but they also have Lighty and Diebler back. Their backcourt is experienced and loaded.

IU up 15 at halftime (48-33). Bawa Muniru finally got in the game at the 3:02 mark. He had 3 points, two blocks and a rebound. He is much, much more athletic and developed as a basketball player than Jobe. Also, he can catch the ball in traffic, which was pretty impressive. Speaking of Jobe, Crean started him tonight. Pritchard has missed two bunny shots in the first half and clanged two free throw attempts off the rim. All-in-all a pretty good first half with Creek leading the way with 11 points and Rivers really played well.

By the way, I heard on the Radio on the way home that St. Joeseph is ranked 3rd in DII.

Didn't buy the game on BTN.com this time since the first feed was so spotty. I saw here that Jones had 3 TOs in the first 8 minutes but seems to have steadied himself and has one since.

Has Hulls looked bad tonight? I see he has 5 TOs in 17 minutes.

See we're shooting 60+ % and we're giving everyone time....that's certainly a positive.
