Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I can't remember a season with so many highs and so many lows. Feast or famine.
Its been tough. Only one real stinker, and a few plays away from beating Oregon, ND, OSU, and UM in the same season.

I think its been an overall positive. I think Hope is going to be pretty solid as our head football coach.
I was down on Hope early but he has shown me some things as the season has progressed.

Maybe 2 stinkers. NIU and Wisky.
Although the NIU game was ugly, we did have the ball at the end of the game with a chance to tie. I give it a half a stinker.

He's obviously not Vince Lombardi, but I think he'll win some games here. Year 3 is the one I'm looking forward to. We'll start to see the FL guys age a bit and be more part of the 2 deeps and Marve will be a senior QB in his 3rd year on campus.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

Gave it all away. This team should be might be awarded some Humanitarian award because they gave all season long. So close and yet so very far from anything acceptable. yeah we are 4-7 and some people are happy or satisfied. This should have been a 9-3 or 8-4 team but instead at best we r a 5-7 team. We had moments but the fact is we are not an organized program.

I have to say your 8-4 prediction could have been correct. Then again, we could have won only a couple of games...

Overall, I'm looking forward to next season for the first time in a few years. Let's go down south next week and kick some IU ass!

Loser gets committed.

BTW, I know Indiana always finds a way to lose...but Vegas had IU as a 26 1/2 point underdog today. Has anyone in Vegas seen Big Ten games? No one in the conference should be favored by that margin over anybody.

What do you want to bet? I won't to be too aggressive because this is a huge game for IU. The football team has a chance to win twice as many BT games as their prestigious bball program.
