| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! Here's the thing. IU should play zone the entire game to keep Wall from getting to the basket. There is nobody on the roster than can stay in front of him. Make Kentucky shoot jumpers, hope they have an off shooting day, and rebound the basketball. IU is going to need to get a lot of calls, hit a lot of 3s, make almost all of their free throws, and not turn the ball over.............just to keep it under 10. Kentucky 81 IU 60 Kentucky by 21 |

This is in Assembly.... where there isn't gonna be a big group of UK fans like there has been in all of their games so far this season. I expect the Hall to be rockin... it will be a difficult atmosphere for the Cats. 2-3 zone isn't a bad idea. Also, we could switch it up from time to time and put Watford on Wall, like UConn put Stanley Robinson on him lastnight. Watford is a little quicker than Robinson, and his defense is underrated thus far. Honestly guys, it comes down to how we start the game. If we play with the same emotion, and they have the DESIRE to win like they did against Pitt, I have no doubt we can upset UK. Why not attack Wall and try to get him fouled out as well? We're gonna have to TRY to engage the contact on him and Patterson I believe. If those 2 got into foul trouble, that would definitely even things up. |

No. 4 Kentucky at Indiana, noon ET (CBS) The Hoosiers showed they have plenty of fight in them -- as well as the ability to score -- after running away from Pitt at the Jimmy V Classic on Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden. Look, no one will dispute that Kentucky has more talent. That's a given. But Kentucky had more talent than Miami (Ohio), Sam Houston State and Stanford, and all of those games were close, too. Assembly Hall will be rocking for this one. How Kentucky handles its first true road experience will be a great test. Jeremiah Rivers must be healthy for the Hoosiers to have a shot. If his back settles down from a pinched nerve, IU can make this game ugly, get the Wildcats in foul trouble and try to unsettle them. The only issue is whether it comes down to a late possession. Kentucky has John Wall; Indiana does not. |

![]() "Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed Meat is Murder. Sweet, delicious murder. | |

I'm in grad school and have finals on Monday and Tuesday and need to start studying tomorrow after the game. BUT, if this upset would happen I would have no problem going out and drinking in celebration until I forget my own name... |
