Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

UK up 12-0. we're going to get raped.
We'll get the win - by forfeit........ just might have to wait 3-4 years for the NCAA to prove that Wall had some dork take his SAT for hm.

Seriously, I hope Kentucky wins tonight by 30.

:puke:

Kentucky and win in the same sentence.

nausea.

:puke:

Just hoping they have reason to be overconfident.

btw, the big ten announcers expected Wisky to struggle tonight against WI-Green bay....they are losing by two in overtime.......

they are starting to get smarter guys than ESPN. Considering their announcers were retarded the first yer, they've come a lnog way

For those of you who are not familiar with the system, kids have other people take their SATs quite often.

Brandon Jennings and Derrick Rose are both recent examples of people who have been caught. Basically, you have to score a certain score on your SAT that falls into the region of your high school GPA to get cleared. In Brandon Jennings' and Derrick Rose's cases, they both scored exceptionally high, so the College Board did not validate the scores, instead they asked them to retake the test. Brandon Jennings did retake the SAT and scored much lower than what his validation region would have been. Instead of contesting it, he went pro. It's not clear whether Derrick Rose ever retook the test, but my guess would be no.

Is it jsut me, or has college bball been very confusing in the early going?

Valpo gives UNC a good game

UNC blows out MSU

UNC needs a huge comeback against Kentucky who was killing them

Kentucky barely escapes Miami (OH)

Duke beats Uconn easily

Uconn looking good against kentucky

Big ten wins the challenge despite most the games that everyone thought would "decide" it going to the ACC (minny, mich, losing)

Duke losing at Wisky

Wisky losing to WI-Green Bay

I hate to some like king homer here, but i'm starting to think Purdue can beat anyone this year. Not saying they will win it all, over get to the final four, it's a tough thing to do.......but, i don't see a team that Purdue would be totally outmatched against, when there were about 4 or 5 of those last year.

This might sound crazy but watching Kentucky go up and down the court, they seem to not get back on defense quickly. IF, and that is a big IF, IU can run on sat. i see IU sticking with kentucky through the game. UK has alot of size and talent, but it just seems the bigs don't run the court very well. Even whenever UK ran it seemed to be wall and the other guard running with bigs trailing behind. Until watching this game tonight i thought IU would get blown out by 20 something points, but after the last 2 nights i think IU is going to be the talk on ESPN highlights when UK goes down

I'm not saying we win most of our games this year or make the tourny. I'm just saying that this saturday with what i've seen out of us and UK we have a good shot at this game and think IU is going to pull it off. Even when we can't run their bigs, are going to have to guard watford and elston on the perimeter and i just don't think overall they are quick enough to keep up.
