Barring a meltdown, Temple should win this game. 1:13 left, Temple by 7. I said it a few days ago, and i'll say it again, Nova's not playing like or look like the #3 team in the country. Impressive run last year, no doubt, but 'Cuse has looked way better. |

Cuse will probably trade places with Nova in the polls. We will stay 5th. |

Sucks for you guys if that happens, but it's hard to argue that Syracuse hasn't looked more impressive than Purdue so far. |

Those Big 5 games are so competitive. St. Joseph's gave Nova a scare a couple of days ago. |

Syracuse definitely deserves to be above Purdue. With what they've done so far this year, they have an argument to be ranked #1 to be honest. |

“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves." "I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

Minus the LeMoyne DivII loss in exhibition, I agree. |

Eh.. I never judge a team on exhibition. National Champs have lost exhibition games in recent history. |

On ESPN radio a week or two ago, Jay Wright laughed at the fact that his team was ranked in the top 10(I think 7th at the time). He went on to say that he has had much better teams at Villanova that were never ranked that high. It doesn't surprise me that they lost.......Kansas is the only team that should be consistently dominant. Kentucky has the talent to keep up with them, but not the experience. Syracuse's gimmick zone can give teams fits, but at the end of the day I don't think they are on the same level as Kansas. |

I judge em by exhibition games if it helps my cause. ;) I can not argue we deserve to be ranked higher than 'Cuse right now though. |

Yeah, but they have a good mix. Some experience at guard, lots of big athletic bodies, lots of guys who can hit the 3......I don't think much of Self as a coach, but he has a team with the fewest holes in CBB this year. |

i bet they don't get to the final four unless they are seeded against an easy schedule. |

Not really going out on a limb there. |

Kansas?..............well, it's going to be pretty easy no matter which bracket they are in. Much like last year, you can pretty much pencil in most of the Elite 8 right now. I'd take Kansas blind into the final four if you want to make some sort of bet on it. If they don't make it, I'll end every post with CREAN IS KING........if they do make it you have to end every post with EVIL KNOWS BEST.....for a year. |

So who is in your elite 8, just out of morbid curiosity? |
