Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I wanted to see if anyone is planning on going to all or part of the BTT. If there is enough of a following, I'd suggest we have a OHB meetup for a couple of beers. Anyone intersted?

I'd be interested in a meetup. Depends on when and how many people were going.

If we're in the finals, I'll be there on Sunday. Going snowboarding in Colorado all week long and have a wedding on Saturday to go to, otherwise I'd be there earlier.

But I'm in for a little OHB beer-drinking.

Depending on what time IU plays Thursday, I should be there. If they play before 5, I probably won't be able to go.

Yupp just looked at the schedule. We will be playing anywhere between 5 and 5:30 most likely.

kilroy's

it's right down the street from Conseco, but it's an IU bar.

if you want to go the neutral route, go with Scotty's. Also down the street from Conseco.

if it's warm (like it is today) Scotty's has one helluva an outdoor patio.

I've been to Scotty's and it does have a nice patio. I know the highs are in the 50's this week in fort wayne. If the weather holds up I'm sure they will have it open.

Can't go wrong with Kilroy's or Scottie's. If IU wins on Thursday and plays Purdue on Friday, I bet both bars will be hopping even though Kilroy's is an IU bar, both fan bases would probably be well represented.

Their website says they are going to have a heated tent up on the patio Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun.
