Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Keady at his age was not able to recover. I have faith that Painter can right the ship from this.

Just not this year.
It helps that Painter has a very good team coming back next year. Keady didnt have the talent the last 5 years

Very true. I'm just saying this is how it started. After that, players left and quality recruits stopped coming in.

Still a long way from that IMO. Just gives me an eerie feeling.

Today's game was very reminiscent of Keady's last five years at Purdue. Three key players on the shelf (Hummel, Marcius, and practically LewJack)...and only two guys on the court that can score the basketball. First round NCAA game should be better than today, but given our performance against NW and today, we probably won't win.

meh, the 30 point lost sucks but not all is lost. it's definitely not a good feeling going into the tournament, but hopefully this team will use the next week to gather and regroup, and hopefully ET and LJ are fine.

I couldn't believe my eyes as I watched this travesty.........

I sat there at BW's drinking tall boy after tall boy hoping somehow that would help the situation but it didn't. Now, not only am pissed dumbfounded I'm half drunk, out 40 bucks and still have no idea how to explain what the fuck happened today

Depends on how you look at it. Calasan was a key player for Purdue (even though he pissed us off on a regular basis), and we needed Marcius to be able to step in and fill that spot: Be a big body that helps rebound and defend the post, and give JJ some rest. Whether or not he could have is pure speculation at this point.

So maybe I should rephrase my previous statement: Marcius is filling a key role and is unavailable.

BTW Bobo, if there are any good webshots of just the female(s) in the bedroom tonight, we would all appreciate that!

I hear the Mrs. is a real hottie ;)

So frontcourt depth is not a key role. My mistake.

Amazingly, I'm glad I spent my evening at my ex's wedding instead of watching this. Granted, the second-worst plans for my night aren't much better than the worst, but still...

Bobo, I've got a crush on Kara from American Idol. It's widespread knowledge that I don't discriminate based on age. If they're DTF, then they're DTF.

Anyways, get your ass off this board, put Ben to bed, and release some frustration my friend :)

Maker....it's almost inconceivable how spending a night at your ex's wedding could be better than anything imaginable, but after today's game, I now understand.
