Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Purdue is going to take the Dukies down just like IU did in 2002.... or we will at least enjoy our S16 moment.
Can we please do it without the foul on the three pointer at the end??

:priest: Please? :priest:

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

I agree. He is playing for minutes next year, and showing he was not a recruiting failure.

look!

it's the purdue/duke re-match you all wanted last year. i hope to see you put those pieces of shit back in their place. i hate duke.

anyways, i had you guys in the sweet 16, thanks for proving me right. even if the rest of my bracket sucks.
Yes, we have the Duke rematch. Purdue is going to take the Dukies down just like IU did in 2002.... or we will at least enjoy our S16 moment.
it only counts if one of your players is ballsy enough to almost give up a four point play, followed by your coach running to the bench to cover his eyes.

also, IU ended "Duke" as the world knew it that day. They haven't been the same since. You're welcome world!

Good point, Btown. The Big Dog couldn't get it done in '94. It will be nice having 99% of the world pulling for us on Friday.

I get to talk shit to the Dukies down here all week.

Then I'll hide 'cause we'll probably get killed.

It's funny because IU has been/will be the team everyone loves to hate. But for that moment in time, everyone was cheering for us, except for Duke fans, of course.

just whisper "IU 2002" to them and they'll break down in tears. they'll never sniff a championship as easy as that one should have been. that was one hell of a team.

i view Purdue/Duke as a win-win scenario for the Boilers. No one expects you guys to win, and there's no shame to losing to the #1 seed in the sweet 16. just go balls to the wall and see what happens.

Good to see the only one who believed in Purdue was an IU fan. You guys need to have some more resolve. Great job to Purdue today! Making my bracket look pretty decent!

There should be a little revenge factor working in our favor, because they humiliated us last year. With Byrd, Smith, and Kramer knocking down 3's, I am having visions of '02.

OK ESPN sportswriters... REALLY?

"After Holmes' last miss, Kramer pounded his massive, football-player-sized chest. The former high school safety and star quarterback from Huntington, Ind., better known as the two-time Big Ten defensive player of the year, then got pounded from in front and behind by his giddy teammates."

COME ON

Was at the airport all day, didn't get to see much of it at all. I freaking love MMOD though, I get to watch the whole thing tonight! I love watching games when I know we win, makes the bad parts so much more bareable.
