Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

He will quickly realize that he is not a first round pick and will withdraw his name.
The thing is every mock draft you look has him around the 20th pick in the draft. Chad Ford has him a mid-to late first rounder.

Where do they have JJ and Moore going in the draft?
I have yet to see a mock draft where Moore gets drafted, Most of the one's ive seen have JJ mid second round and a few dont have him getting drafted.

IMO both woudl be smart to stay because if they come back Purdue has a good chance to make a deep run in the tourney and thats a great way to improve your draft stock. Look at Hayward before the tourney i dont think many people had him as a first rounder and if Butler loses to Utep in the first round i doubt if he even gets drafted.

That's the hope that both are just getting info.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

You don't think the most popular player on a given team leaving would cause 75% of the fans to jump ship?

What's wrong with you? :sarcasm:

With all the players leaving UK, they are losing about 99% of their fan base. Man, they are fucked!

UK fans aren't exactly bandwagoners...they're just obnoxious. I was just talking about how when butler made the run, all of a sudden EVERYONE became a butler fan. 1 + 1 = 2.

it's true. butler had a dedicated, but small, fan base until their final four run this year. literally, until the final four. more than half the people from Indy weren't even watching their first 3 games.

on subject, gordon hayward has risen to the lottery section of many mock draft boards with none other than the Pacers selecting him. it'd take a series of horrendous workouts for him to withdraw his name at this point..

At some point the Pacers better damn well decide to get a little athleticism on the team.
