Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

You know it's bad when an IU fan sticks up for Purdue on this side of the board. It kind of makes me ill.

exactly. they're not on the same level. that's not bad for either of them; hell butler is a 4,000 student school and has had a high degree of success. only duke and gonzaga could say they've had a higher rate of success for schools that small.
gonzaga has?

you are a true idiot
let me know when butler recruits high-profile nationally like gonzaga does.

i'm not sticking up for purdue; but pretending like butler is somehow a higher level program is an absolute joke.

Got to love off-season debates. For the record, Gonzaga hasn't really done anything in the tournament... 0 Final Fours I believe, and maybe 1 Elite 8?

By the way, what's Jazen doing peaking in tonight?

I merely was pointing out that about 75% of the people who had butler fever in march/april won't buy a single butler ticket next season, have no clue about what type of class is coming in, and won't even follow the team.
Could be true, but using your random number, 74% wouldn't buy a ticket if Hayward came back anyways. They only cheered because it was a local underdog going up against one of the best programs in the history of the sport.

success isn't only about what you do in the tournament. contrary to popular belief. nice job trying to evade the point. Butler != Purdue. Never have been, never will be.

Excellent point, sirbri. For two weeks, GomoHomo was proud to be a Butler grad.

And LMAO at IUDOLTMAN for referencing Butler's "nationwide" fanbase.
Yeah, I see your point. How could Butler have ANY fans in any state other than Indiana? Hell, if they had 1 fan from each state, that would be like.......um.......57 fans. :loser:

In related news to this thread, Gordon Hayward has moved up a lot of draft boards into the 14-20 range; as I've said, if the Pacers are choosing and he's on the board he could go in the lottery very easily.
