| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! ...Consumer Reports has Eset and McAfee ranked #1 and #2 for pay suites and Avira, Microsoft Windows Defender, and Spamfighter ranked #1, #2, and #3 for free suites...AVG is nowhere to be found... |

oh i know. AVG isn't that great in the free edition because it's stripped down, but it's free. Microsoft's new anti-virus is the best you can get but you have to have Windows 7 for it to work optimally. I have Symantec on my Windows partition because IU gives it to us for free. |

To new Firefox users, make sure to use tabs, and don't create a new window for each browser invocation. |

Update: Invision/Zeta is aware of this problem and have started the search for the problematic ad. I expect this to be resolved by the end of the week. Sorry for any inconvenience! br |

So... does it actually have anything damaging in it or is it just being false identified as a virus? |

thats the million dollar ?. some reports on the support boards are saying people have gotten the trojan from visiting a invision/zeta. others are saying their antivirus has stopped it. and myself i got a message from windows 7 about it (i don't have anti virus and never will) and i just hit back and refreshed the page and it was fine. it could be a false positive or it may be real. only thing for certain is its coming from google ad's and not invision and invision is working wiith google on resolving it asap

If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed Meat is Murder. Sweet, delicious murder. | |
