Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Bigger than Most conference...which would obviously correlate into the "That's What She Said" conference

Not so fast. NU is saying they have not received any offer.

That's fine. They would certainly help in football, but their basketball program is pathetic.

Until the Big 10 Conference makes and announces its decision on expansion, the University of Nebraska will have no further comment and we do not intend to continue to respond further to questions or speculations on this subject.

That sounds like what a candidate says when asked if he is running, Tom was a 3 term member of the US House

No where do they say we are staying in the Big 12

I think you're right on BG, they definitely sound like they would jump at the opportunity to join th Big 10. There's a lot of schools I would take before them though. Granted, I'm only looking at this from a basketball perspective though, so my opinion is pretty much completely irrelevant with what they're actually gonna do.

It won't be Cuse... their football team is pitiful.

It would have to be a team that can contend in football and basketball to make it worth the $$$$$

Kansas would be awesome... our Mizzou. Mizzou would make sense since it's in the midwest...

Maker,

The adding of teams is all about Football must have 12 team to have the conf champ game. That game is driving this bus IMO.

I know this is completely football-motivated. But I live in the world where only college basketball is the #1 sport in the land, and the list doesn't start again till the NFL at #5. But, as I said, what I'd like is completely irrelevant to their planning since all they care about is the football conference championship game.

if mizzou and nebraska bolt what the hell is the big 12 going to do? that northern division already kinda sucked for football...it would really suck if these programs left. at the very least they'd have to realign. but i imagine they'd go for some former swc schools or what not before long to get back to 12.
TCU and Arkansas would be my guess as to who they would go after.

Arkansas has been rumored to be moving to the Big 12 forever. Not sure why Arkansas would want to leave the SEC though.

Arkansas was once in the SWC

They are natural rivals with Ok and Texas

If only one Big 12 schools moves to the Big 10 er 12 then I think TCU makes the jump.
