Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Do they exist beyond an interview?

Also, is he expected to be a contributor?

I think there were some videos on ITH. I remember seeing some and from what I have seen of him, he has an all around game. He can pass, shoot, and handle the ball. I think he will contribute, how much is hard to say. I think he will come off the bench though.

VO and Sheehey are 3-star recruits, so I doubt they will have major impacts coming in. But I like what I have heard about both players and think they will be excellent role players. Plus, they sound like four year players with a lot of potential.

I agree, they will be good role players next year. I think VO will have an impact defensively more than offensive and Sheehey will have an impact on his court awareness and ability to drive the ball for his size. I think they could get 10 minutes a game. Also, from what I heard about Sheehey, he came in rated lower because he hasn't played a lot of AAU, but some say he could be rated higher.

VO will be the bigger contributor from everything i've seen and read. He's going to be our defensive energy on the court...something our team desperately needs.

Sheehey's going to be more of an "off the bench" guy...

I'm happy to have them both.

I watched Sheehey play on ESPN late one evening and I liked what I saw out of him. He hit some nice 3's, made some great passes during the game and drove to the hoop at will. He had some trouble finishing when he got there though.
