Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Will we ever hear good news again? With the exception of a great class last year, the past three seasons have been so full of bad news. Sampson, transfers, missing out on almost every recruit, Creek injures his knee, Negedu not cleared, Offutt will probably go to Ohio because of the scholarship.... the list goes on. If things don't start getting better soon, there may be a few suicides in Bloomington, including me. I'm just so fucking sick of all the bad news we get.

I still love them and always will, but these past three years have been terribly painful.

Fuck kilroy's.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

i don't know, i've enjoyed the last 3 years a lot. well the last two, and the first part of the first year. anyways, i've enjoyed watching these guys develop and learn and see a program start from scratch. yeah, there's a lot of difficulties now, but we'll be able to say we helped get this "new" era of IU basketball started which is pretty cool.

We are all upset about the way things have turned out at IU over the past few years, but it isn't worth killing yourself over. Maybe drinking yourself into a coma, but not killing yourself.

FYI, I know you were just kidding.

Anybody who would kill themselves over sports is selfish and just ridiculous. it was more a figure of speech than reality. But, back on topic, Btown and I have attended IU at the absolute worst time in the program's history. Go fucking figure shit like this would happen while I am there. God, IU and the Cubs really piss me off sometimes! :pissed: :pissed: :pissed:

I think things will get better for IU.

But you're pretty screwed with the Cubs.
