Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Well it has to be somebody that rarely plays, so Bawa would be a good fit. Pritch unfortunately gets a lot of playing time so it would get old if we used it on him. Not sure how much playing time Moore will get, but hopefully it's limited.
Pritch will get significantly less PT next season. Count on it.

br
I wouldn't be so sure.
agreed. nothing really changed on the big man front.

Maybe he'll have a different attitude this offseason and actually get in shape.

remember when peegs said that there would be a transfer and that negedu would certainly be cleared? lol.
Peegs is the best.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

I think the siren should be used for one of the following reasons:

1. Crean makes a boneheaded decision late in the game that costs IU a chance at a win.

2. Everytime I praise Crean for a smart coaching decision.

3. Everytime Crean either claps his hands or takes a drink of diet coke.

Well, I know that's how you spell HOMER. There's no real point in discussing anything sports related with you if you fail to see all of the poor decisions Crean has been making. It's obvious, and I've noticed more and more people on here finally calling him out on it. I know the biggest HOMER will be last.

Lol at your harsh judgment.

You criticize Crean's coaching with a team of young pups. Harshly criticize his decisions hes made. Man, I'd like to see you or anyone else for that matter try to do something with a group of underclassmen like that.

It's a lot tougher than you think. Not to mention, he's still trying to implement his system here at IU. It's not the same offense or defense the program once had... and his playbook is THICK. He's taught the team probably a 1/3 of it so far. So before you get so critical of every move, and drink even, that Crean makes/takes... let his recruits mature a little first and watch them play as upperclassmen. That's all I'm saying... and that's all I've BEEN saying.

2 Years in fuck yeah we're gonna have issues. Especially playing in the Big Ten.
