Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

My first comment is for the punching lama.......LeBron has carried a crappy supporting cast to the Finals, ECF, and atleast the 2nd round often. Kobe couldn't carry a crappy supporting cast past PHX, even with a 3-1 advantage.....DWade can't carry a crappy MIA supporting cast. Even Jordan couldn't carry a crappy supporting cast, so enough with your anti-LeBron rhetoric. The guy puts up a triple double with a bad shooting elbow, and people think he played poorly?....give me a break.

If LA could give up Bynum and others for Bosh, they would do it in a heartbeat. Not sure what street your 'word on the street' came from, but I doubt its from Muncie or wherever you're from. Gasol for Bosh won't happen. Kobe has a frosty relationship with a teammate?..........no, say it aint so......doesn't matter because winning cures all problems.

I have a really hard time seeing LeBron going to a team full of young players or lottery picks. He has tried developing a team in CLE for a while, and I think he is at the point where he wants proven studs surrounding him instead of 'maybe he will be good' or 'in a few years he will be great'. LeBron wants to win now.

I will be shocked if Mike Brown is officially canned before Mike Woodson.......in fact, there should be someplace where we can wager on this........actually, I can't believe Woodson hasn't been fired yet, how does that guy still have a job?

NJ is in play for LeBron because of their young talent, Jayz, and the russian billionaire...but I think they are his 3rd choice. CHI and NY make the most sense. In CHI, they already have some good young talent to build around. In NY, almost their entire roster becomes an unrestricted free agent this summer. This past week has convinced me that LeBron is ready to move on to a team that doesn't require him to post amazing triple doubles just to win playoff games. My gut says NY, with D'Antoni's offense.........yikes.
Muncie??? Well you're only 5 hours away, as if it matters where I'm from.

And Ric Bucher was talking about it on ESPN radio. Yeah, I'm sure if a NBA analyst for ESPN says it then there is NO CHANCE it could happen, what was I thinking.

LeBron signing in New Jersey would be a major, major mistake on his part, IMO. Only one team in the NBA failed to win twice as many games as them....simply put, talent -- even young talent -- wins more than 12 games.

They are a major longshot.... however if they can nab Lebron and either Bosh or Stoudamire, plus draft John Wall, plus lure Phil Jackson (maybe Avery Johnson as a backup plan), then I wouldn't put to much stock in what NJ did last year. They would be a completely different team. However, I get it .... that is a major longshot, one of maybe a dozen plausible scenarios.
