Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

dedicated, I would throw Gary Harris in there somewhere.
Yep. Might actually be the best of the bunch.

Just watched the video that Peegs had of him from the AMC.

Wow. He looks big-time.
Either you or someone provide the vid. We would really like to see it.
The Peegs video is premium content, so its impossible to post. Here are some clips I found on youtube though. He reminds me of a shorter Evan Turner.

Thanks DC. I haven't never seen him play. Looks like he has great court awareness/vision. Seems to be able to find the open man. Also, can drive to the hoop or shoot from outside. Good all around game, IMO. Maybe I should put him on the 2012 list. He may be a better fit than Yogi. I would have to see more videos to actually consider that. I really like Hanner Perea because he will definitely be an impact player and probably a game changer with his athletic ability.

DC, here's a little trick I discovered..

The Rivals video files aren't embedded or protected by anything. You can actually right click on the video links, select "Download Link As," and save the videos directly to your hard drive. Upload them to a free image hosting site like Photobucket and you can post them anywhere.

If both of these guys were not completely into themselves only, id say I would love to see them Slam all day at IU
Just watch the Videos, they both play on the same team.
Deuce Bello 6'4" Guard- Im really suprised he has to drive to school, rather than just jump and then fly there with his god given abilities
Deuce Bello
Ike Nwamu 6'2" Guard-This guy reminds me of Baron Davis a lot (In case you were wondering, he does hit his head on the backboard in the last dunk of the video)
Ike Nwamu

So what, those guys can dunk. Look athletic, but we already have one of those type players in VO. We need more all around players than players that can just only dunk. I hope VO is a little bit more than that.

Dreachon Cherpaka - graduated early, going back to school to help IU back to prominence. Debates rage about whether a first year basketball player significantly older than everyone else and finishing his last semester of college can be considered for the freshman of the year award.
I don't like recruiting one-and-done'ers.

well, what i like most about harris, the bit i've seen, is that he seems to go about business. game is multi-faceted, but of course not all these skills will translate as easily to the next level. definitely like the looks of him...but can't let myself get too excited...no reason to really...

My wish is that Crean doesn't waste most of the available scholarships before then.

My second wish is that he actually signs kids with talent, to help make up for his coaching blunders.
