Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Pretty funny, I think it's obvious he is not going to retire....especially considering he cost his team a chance at a Superbowl.

How did he cost them a chance at the Superbowl? He didn't create all those turnovers, he had help. His last turnover was just out of desperation. He also helped the Vikings get that far. The Vikings wouldn't have even won that division or made it to the playoffs without him. He had a great season and you can't pin that last play at a chance at the Superbowl. Last I heard, it was a team sport.

These comments are coming from a Viking fan that was very skeptical of the Farve signing, but he made us better.

It wasn't out of desperation, it was a classic Favre trying to do too much when he didn't need to. Sure, the fumbles and other turnovers hurt but they were in a position to win the game and he decides to throw back across his body. He blew it, and I guarantee you he thinks he cost his team a chance at the SB.

I don't think he thinks that at all. He thinks the entire cost themselves a chance at the SB. If they didn't have all those turnovers prior to Favre throwing the interception, Minnesota wins that game by at least 10 points and Favre wouldn't have been in that situation.
