Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Get your grammar right and your facts straight before you start ranting out worthless trash talk. K, thanks.

Well, if you want to be technical about it.....

It's an AJ Moye jersey.

It's Nike, it was bought in 2002.

IU carries the Adidas logo now. If it didn't have the check mark on it, it would be a Watford jersey.

I'm not sure where you're going with this, but yes, WKU is in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

From southern Indiana, you literally just go through Henderson, then Owensboro, then the next big city (plus there's signs everywhere) is Bowling Green.

Around 25,000 students. About 90% of the facilities have been renovated. Brand new workout facility (it's very nice, and huge), new football stadium (though the team SUCKS), and not to mention the girl to guy ratio is in favor of the guys.

Campus is beautiful. That's one of the main reasons I chose WKU... very peaceful, YET, it's still a big party school. I honestly compare it as a smaller version of IU. Tons and tons of different cultures and nationalities, parties every weekend, and literally about 200 restaurants to choose from. (Actually, Bowling Green has the 2nd most restaurants per square foot in the nation). So there's tons to do.

I like it here quite a bit, but I highly doubt I'll graduate from here. I'm highly leaning on the Air Force for the academy, and after that I would LOVE to go to grad school at IU. That's my goal, somewhat of my plan, and I'm sticking to that.

Let me guess....based on the population, I'm guessing it's 2nd in the nation to West Lafayette?

Amirite?

Quality, not quantity. One of the biggest things I miss about Bloomington is 4th street. You know how hard it is to find good thai food in St. Louis? Geez. This place is a barren in comparison to IU.

We have a "Thai Express" here in Bowling Green.

I haven't gotten high enough to test those waters, though.

You better quit smokin your dinner and start puttiing away the bong if you want to finish that plan. If not, you will end up working full time at one of the many, many restaurants in Bowling Green. ;)

Lol... man..

I've got a cousin who lives in Anaheim. He graduated 1st in his high school that had 2,000 students, and is a Cal Poly grad. Fuckin genius... and he has a marijuana prescription. Has smoked weed since high school.

I know tons of people that have smoked and became successful. The notion that marijuana effects your test scores is absolutely BOGUS. That's the gov. and society feeding you all more bullshit so it doesn't end up on ballots.

When you're high, you wanna eat... you wanna chill sometimes, but hey, SOMETIMES I want to learn. I get on the internet and just search ONE thing... and that one thing can turn into 20 different things and 3 hours pass... within than span I've learned TONS of things I wouldn't have.

What I'm saying is, you can be successful and still like to smoke marijuana. The "negative" side effects aren't scientifically backed up. Actually, more scientists and doctors (your most EDUCATED of students) are more FOR marijuana legalization than keeping it illegal. Many medicinal purposes. I use it for sleep, as I have sleep problems. It helps big time. Other's, such as a Percy Harvin even, use it for migraines. Don't dock the medicine if you've never used it for its medicinal purposes.

Panchen, they changed the video. It was actually a highlight reel, but they had to remove it because of some entertainment company asked them to. So ITH put this in its place. Kind of sucks.

I <3 tAmazing's posts
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."
