| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! I cannot believe it has already been 9 years since we were all glued to our tv's watching the terror unfold on repeat. 9 years ago today, is the reason we still have troops overseas. Our country has taken a beating the past decade, but I can say I'm still proud to be an American every single day. Thanks to anyone on the board that has served for the country in any way. And RIP to all the innocent lives lost on that terrible day. Time flies. I was in 5th grade at the time. Weird to think about. Have a good Saturday fella's. |

Remember it like it was yesterday. I was also in 5th grade. Lost a very close relative who was a member of FDNY, hard to believe it still 9 years later. My prayers go out to all of those innocent, brave, and courageous lives that were stolen by those cowardly acts today. |

I was in 4th grade. I lived in a suburb of Washington DC at the time. Our school was shut down. We could see smoke from the impact on the pentagon at recess. Never forget that day. I took a vacation to NYC and stood atop the world trade centers on July 4, 2001, just 2 months before that day... |

I was in college and I remember it vividly. Most surreal moment I think I've ever had. Seems like it was yesterday |

I had flown into Baltimore Sept 10 and was interviewing for a promotion in the DC area. Was to fly back home to Kansas City on Sept 11 at 2:30 pm. Was only a few miles from the Pentagon and could see could the thick black smoke filling the sky. Was an image that will never be erased from my memory. Wife and I decided it was not the best time to move a familty to the DC area and a few months later took a promotion to Fort Wayne instead. |
