Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Damn this was an eye opener. Great video post man...

They're getting their asses worked off. It's going to pay off. I've said all along that CTC is going to do whatever it takes and more to get us back to where we need to be... and now there's documentation of it and even more...

Loved seeing Elston pumping 240+ on bench..
Creek was pumping over 225+ a few times! that's great guys!!

They're getting stronger. They're getting tougher. Guys... we're gonna have a presentable group this year. And damn it, we're gonna be back where we should be in a matter of a couple of seasons. Kudo's coach Crean. Keep it up. Keep pushing them. I love this kind of stuff. It's the kind of workouts champions go through.

Great, great video.

A couple things to note;

Watford looked like he was getting after it pretty good in those drills.

Also, Elston stop lifting weights. I worry your arms may explode.

Looked like Verdell was still slacking on defense.

Last year he showed a nice mid-range game as well. I hope turning into Hulk Hogan 2.0 doesn't cause him to lose his touch.

...i'm definitely no physical trainer, so excuse my ignorance, but why are they leaning forward in that crawling position?...it seems like that would be bad on their backs...

Too bad Crean didn't call in the master of unorthodox workouts.

BTW, I wouldn't want to play catch with the medicine ball with Elston as my partner.

I caught this on ITH. Their workouts are intense, especially carry someone up the steps. WOW is all I can say. It should pay off in being physically ready for the season.

That says a lot coming from a Purdue fan. I am sure that Purdue goes through similar workouts.

I wonder who had to carry the hamburgler up the steps a few years ago. Oh wait, we probably didn't have any practices like this.
