Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Does this mean Purdue can stop having a basketball team?

And now the entire city of Bloomington can go off of suicide watch.
Yes because all of us were that obsessed.

“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

I don't think it can be overstated how much this means to the program.

I am curious now to see where this puts IU in the rankings for the '11 class.

I don't think it will change anything for 2011. We won't be ranked, but just like we reaped some rewards with our 6 man class a few years ago, this is kind of the flip side of that.

got elston, capo, zeller, perea jurkin, thats not counting Guy or watford. Getting crowded... then you move to the wing, watford, Oladipo, creek, etherington, patterson. Now get yogi and Hulls in the PG/SG slot and we could be the deepest team we have seen at IU in a long time. That is 10-11 players. If Guy is eligible and as good as we think he will be, next years lineup... Hulls, Creek, Oladipo, Watford, Zeller, and Guy. I know that is 6, but I would say that the first three would have one of the 6th men, just not sure who. Watford at the 3 Zeller at the 4 and Guy at the 5 would be awesome!

How soon?

And it doesn't matter now, but did you think he'd go elsewhere if Zeller did?

FWIW, Scout now has our class ranked #17. Pretty salty for only 2 kids.

Zeller still looks like he needs a sammich or two.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

Where does Scout have Etherington?
