Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

My favorite play of the year was when Favre was sacked against the Bills, simultaneously being knocked out of the game and throwing a pick.

Jason Heyward hitting a 3 run homerun in his first AB in the big leagues. Especially considering how he went about picking his number, and how he had his best friend's mom in the RF stands near where he hit the ball (he passed away in college and Heyward switched to #22 in remembrance of him). I still get chills watching that.

Not necessarily the play of the year, but for me, it stands above the rest.

I went completely insane when that happened. Im a chiefs fan, so it didn't really matter to me, but Tracy Porter was my favorite player in college EASILY. i had his jersey and everything. That was awesome

Tracy Porter can suck a fat pee pee. I never liked him when he was at IU either. Far more cocky than talented.

We must have had different experiences. He couldn't have been nicer on the several occasions I spoke with him. Cocky and confident yes, but certainly not in an obnoxious way. He was easily one of my favorite players.

I never really thought he was that great in college. I mean he was decent, but he gambled too much and made a lot of bonehead decisions.

I think he excels in press man coverage and unfortunately IU played a lot of off coverage. Him and Majors would stand 10 yards back and then come up and make a tackle. I think Porter was very successful at IU, but he looks to be much better in the pros.

Porter was forced to play that way at IU....when you have no safety help and you give up a ton of points defensively, you have to try to make some plays.
