| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! The employees, not McDonalds, should be sued. |

You represent the company when you are on the clock. McDonalds will settle quickly if they are smart. |

McDonald's did nothing wrong here, and the blame should only fall on the people who did nothing. The mentality of suing a company just to get a pay day is wrong. |

The people who did nothing represent the company. Were they responsible when the fight first started?.......no. Did they become responsible when they basically did nothing to stop it?.....yes. Would you sue the school system or a teacher if they failed to try to stop your child from getting beaten and kicked by 2 students in their classroom? |

Agree....but I think you understand why they would sue the company. |

Suing some petty McDonalds workers wouldn't compensate for the beating.. hell it probably wouldn't even get you passed the next year. McDonalds will do the right thing, as they are PR experts, and definitely compensate the transgender. I imagine a very hefty amount and a life time supply of McDonalds. |

I think there is some negligence involved by not calling authorities, and the guy who was telling the black girls to hurry up and get out of there to avoid getting busted...well there has to be some sort of a crime in that. |

Very different situation, the school is responsible for the safety of kids. What if a gang had a gun-fight in a McD's and some people were killed. Is McD's responsible? No. The mentality of suing anyone with money to get a big pay day is wrong, and needs to change. |

Hoosier Daddy?!

You make a good point with that last sentence. For example, the families of two victims from the Indiana State Fair stage collapse are suing the band Sugarland since it was their concert everyone was at. How the hell is it Sugarland's fault that the stage collapsed? |
