Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

When I went to South Dakota, there were Taco Johns everywhere.

Also, I wouldn't consider Steak-N-Shake fast food, although i love that place. Their 5-way chili is pretty good stuff.

I forgot about Fazoli's and Quizno's...

Those would definitely be on my top 5. I love Italian and the prime rib sub with sauteed onions blows away anything Subway or any other sub shop has to offer.

For mine, get rid of Subway and put in Skyline Chili.

Only ate there once, but I hated it. Maybe it was a bad night, but it would be hard to get me to go back to Skyline.

fast food sucks, I rarely eat it...steak and shake is fast food though, if you can drive up to get your food, it's fast food...I would pick any gourmet sub shop though...correction, I will eat at jimmy johns!

I've never went through the drive up at Steak-N-Shake....I guess that's why I don't consider it fast food. Honestly, I didn't even know that was an option. Although, in the name of transparency, I'm usually not sober when I eat there.

fair enough, it is one of the great late night places to dine, the steak burgs and shakes are delicious! I eat there once every few years I guess.

Rax was great until they started to get too diversified. I work for them while I was in College. Muncie had three stores and I worked at the McGalliard store, which was supposedly the #1 store, and I help open the other two.

By the way, there has always been one in downtown Anderson. Believe it or not, it never closed.

Where is the one in Indiana? Where are the ones in Ohio?

The BBC was awesome.

I am not a big fan of fast food because they don't serve beer, but if I had to pick:
Arby's
Fazoli's
Burger King
Taco Bell
and yes McD's

Oh damn, forgot about skyline. Cincinnati-style chili rules.

If I have to remove one, probably would be Rax....but just because I haven't been to one in twenty years.
