| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! Here is an article from ESPN that I found on ITH about IU being a possible sleeper. We shall see soon! I still say 17-14. ESPN.com: Sleepers: The teams primed to surprise Tom Crean pleaded for patience and promised it would be awarded. By their fingernails, Indiana fans hung on. Now comes the payoff. The Hoosiers’ climb out of the Kelvin Sampson sinkhole appears to have finally reached the end. The state, of course, awaits with breathless anticipation the debut of Cody Zeller. The McDonald’s All-American is easily the most critical recruit in the Crean era and a legitimate program-changer. Paired alongside Christian Watford in the frontcourt, Zeller could be especially formidable. The equally good news is that Maurice Creek could finally be healthy. Sensational as a freshman — he dropped 31 on Kentucky — Creek has been sidelined in each of the past two seasons with knee problems. If he remains healthy, this group has tourney hopes. |

17-14 was my guess as well. |

When the largest sports website in the world announces somebody as a "sleeper", they cease to be a sleeper. Quite the conundrum. |

I'm more interested in how we play compared to wins and losses. You can play really smart and hard every night and lose....you can also play dumb and win. I'd like to see our team take a big step forward in the IQ/hustle department.....even if we only go 14-17 or something like that. If Crean is teaching the team how to play smart, the wins will come when the overall talent improves. |

I couldn't agree with you more. One would think that with the amount of experienced players on this team, we would/should play smarter and harder. Definitely not committing those stupid fouls will go along way toward playing smarter. Only time will tell. |
