Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

There is no logical reason why the Republican base isn't going all in on Romney right now. He's the only guy they got left. What's their issue with the guy? He's the only one that can even stand a chance in 2012.

br
Romney will be a strong favorite to win next year. Brian, you seem to still be in denial about last year's Republican landslide victory. Right now most people aren't paying any attention to the Republican primary, and those who are see a lot of mudslinging. Once Romney seizes the momentum in the next few months, the focus will return to how poorly Obama has performed, and I predict a landslide, with Romney winning 53-55% of the popular vote. I'll even go out on a limb, and say California goes for Mitt.
I'll give the benefit of the doubt and let you go low -- Romney for 53%. How do you want to hold our $1000 bet?

Stop the idiotic homeristic nonsense or put your money where your mouth is.
I'm not much of a gambler, but Larstradamus will enjoy calling you out next November.

"Why? Because the Tea Party loves crazy, more than they hate black. And I'm crazy as a shithouse rat!!!"
I chuckled a little bit, but am tired of the way the media tries to paint the Tea Party as racists, including Ron Paul and his followers. Sure, this is a comedy video, but the racist charge limited the funniness for me.
Haha man it's all for fun. You've got to love Mike Tyson's latest comedy kick. At least the guy knows he's crazier than a mofo and is financially benefiting from it. I've admired Mike after seeing his former house he sold to 50 Cent. That thing was for Scarface I swear haha.

I just think it's hilarious how he says "And I'm crazier th.a shithouse rat!!"

and chaning Taco Tuesdays to Pizza Pthursdays/
Ok, you are right, 0305. It was funny, and I'll try to lighten up a little more.

The funniest part is real subtle....when Tyson is walking down the street acting like he is talking and campaigning but there aren't any people there.

I dunno if it's been said here because I'm not going to read through all of this, but:

go to Herman Cain's YouTube page for a good laugh.

also, regarding the Tyson video, Godfather's Pizza is horrible.

He has no SPINE.
So Romney is the cowardly lion, Perry is the scarecrow, and Bachmann is the Tin Man. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone who went to the Wizard in search of a clue, so Cain has to stay back in Munchinland.
So does that make Newt the Wizard? ...impressive when heard but not seen.

My favorite part is when he says "Chocolate might be the flavor of the week, but crazy is a taste republicans never tire of."

Lmao that's so wrong.

LOL,

Brum I love how when someone links anything bad about Obama it is just piling on but omg Newt has a past. Yes Newt has a past and he has made a mistake. The thing with Newt is and the reason many do not like him is he always has a plan.

Newt has a clue Obama doesn't

That difference in <12 months could be all newt needs.

Yeah, that's what some people don't like Newt.

Anyway, this is the first link I've ever given on Newt. Hard to pile on without a pile in the first place.

BTW, this morning I left the cap off my toothpaste. That is a mistake. If I was taking hundreds of thousands of dollars from a multi-billion dollar corporation, that doesn't lie in the realm of mistake, just like situations where Obama has done things that aren't mistakes.

The republicans are on the verge of taking a golden opportunity of taking back the White House because the guy most likely to win the presidency can't get support of a party backing because he's.....Mormon.

You've gotta admit those guys can be pretty annoying when they knock on your door just after you sat down for dinner. Hopefully Mitt won't start his state of the union addresses with a little proselytizing.

You don't like Mitt, Newt, Cain, Bachman, Santorum, or Perry. That leaves Paul who you kinda, sorta, maybe like. The question is, do you like Paul enough to vote for him over Obama? It's pretty obvious that Obama vs Paul scenario is the only one that would even make you second guess your Obama vote. You chastise Lars, myself, and others when we post stuff about Obama and when his position can't be defended you bitch about the source we get it from.

If you feel that you are better off than you were 3 years ago and agree with the direction the country is headed then vote for Obama. It would be nice to know where he stands on the pipeline issue that he just punted on. It would be nice to see him lead the "super committee" to a possible agreement instead of jetting off to Hawaii and Asia instead. I don't think Newt's past issues outweigh the position this country is in right now. Not saying that I would vote for him or not, I am currently undecided, but I don't feel we would be any worse off with him either. To me, a presidential incumbment has to prove he deserves reelection. At this point Obama hasn't done theat, IMO.

You are reading into things a lot.

Please link me to where I have said anything negative about Romney other than his ability to get elected by his own party. Next link me to where I've said pretty much anything about Perry. And when you are done with that, go back and read the posts where I have said very positive things about Gingrinch.

This is getting ridiculous if I have to defend one post that factually states a skeleton in a closet that Gingrich has while you call yourself unbiased yet only fire shot after shot at Obama.

I have a problem with government in general. Although I have some policy issues with the overall "liberal democrat" point of view, what bothers me most is that I'm evidently not allowed to post anything negative about Obama at all for fear of being called a racist or biggot. He is no different than any other president from an expectations standpoint. IMO, most americans are not better off than they were before his election and he needs to prove that he is worthy of reelection. The man is not above criticism. I would love to see all the crooked politicians kicked out and Obama has quickly added himself to that list. If it wouldn't involve listening to endless campaigning, I wouldn't care if there was a one term limit on every elected position. It would make it a little easier to control all the corruption.
