Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Just because of the Florida connection and Jacksonville may have survived as a team with him as QB.
I dont think Tebow will survive as a qb anywhere....
I do find it amusing that he is winning games, and irritating the haters.
Denver is winning games, just like Chicago won games when Orton was the quarterback.

It's more realistic to say that Von Miller is winning games.
I think Tebow has helped. He hasn't turned the ball over and I think he's been a positive in the running game.

That said, unless they can produce more in the passing game, they are certainly not going to be going 4-1 over a many 5 game stretches.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

My problem is that pinning Ws and Ls on a QB is ever more dumb than thinking that win loss record for pitchers is the best measurement for pitchers.

I'm tired of the 'Tebow leads the Broncos to victory' headlines when in his best games his not turning the ball ovet and running ability neutralized his inability to hit receivers. Time for the media to start giving credit to the Broncoes turnaround where it is actually due.

I completely agree. Their defense has certainly been the biggest factor. But I think Tebow's affect on the running game has helped the defense. No short fields because of turnovers, shortening the game by milking clock, etc.

I just don't get why people hate on the guy because the media is up his rear. Hate on the media, or ignore the media and form your own opinions.

People are mad at the media, but the media is a huge conglomerate of people. You can't focus you angst at "the media". Especially because it's not literally everyone in the media. So it's only natural for people to focus their dislike on the person who is causing the media circus.

It's the same with people who dislike Kim Kardashian. I absolutely dislike Kim Kardashian (even before the wedding). Have I ever met her? No. Watched her show? No. Know anything substantial about her? No. I mean it's silly for me to say I hate Kim Kardashian herself.

Really when people say they hate Tebow or Kardashian they're talking about the whole circus around that person. So when you are telling people to hate the media and not the person, that is in fact what's really going on. It's just not described in that manner.

Denver was LOSING with Orton and is now WINNING with Tebow. The rest of the team hasn't changed. A rational fan gives some props for this.

And a rational fan also acknowledges that other parts of the team have stepped up their game to lead the turnaround as well.

The media is giving their D a lot of credit as well. There's plenty to go around right now.

I guess it's a good thing that the defense has played well enough to keep the offense's moral up while they have to suck up Tebow's inability to throw from here to there with a spiral.

good god...if they had just an average defense, Tebow's head would be on a stick. They wouldn't have won a single game and his inability to quarterback a team would be the only thing talked about.

Denver was LOSING with that same defense a few weeks ago with Orton. Sorry to be repetitive, but you don't seem to be grasping the simple facts here.

Hey Btown, everyone knows you're the President of the TTHC (Tim Tebow Haters Club), but could you make Brian the Treasurer?
