Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Tebow with a 2 of 7 start. Wonder if he can get to the magical 3 of 16.

TIM TEBOW IS THE MAN!
He he gonna get 'er done in New England today? Denver +13.5
Down 35-7 at half, right now I'd say.....no.

3/10 for 28 yards, two sacks, and a lost fumble.

Unless a fluke lightening bolt takes out Brady, this one is over.

According to a recent survey, 43% of all people believe it will.

BTW, the more I think about, the more similar Tebow's season was to Rex Grossman's 2006 season (although obviously without the mobility but 8% better passing accuracy). He stunk at QB, but all he did 'was win'; he had a 13-3 regular season record (although the last loss was in week 16 after he got pulled after one quarter as the Bears rested their starters). Of course, unlike Tebow, the Bears went to the Superbowl.

Of course no one ever said 'All Rex Grossman does is win games'.

12 minutes left...Tebow is 5 of 17 for 61 yards and been sacked 5 times for a loss of 28 yards. That's a total of 21 pass plays for 33 yards. I think he might be trying to get back to zero and start over.

And Sportscenter chooses to highlight Pats/Broncos first over 9ers/Saints.

The much maligned Pats secondary has been getting healthier the last couple of weeks, and Foxboro is a very difficult place for any QB to play. All things considered, Tebow had a good year, and we'll have to wait until next season to start drawing any conclusions.

I work with a Pats fan who said their secondary has gotten some guys back, and he expects them to play better.

I'm not a Pats fan, and just googled it:
http://espn.go.com/blog/boston/new-england-patriots/post/_/id/4714648/brady-among-six-removed-from-injury-report
The Patriots removed six players from their injury report on Thursday, including quarterback Tom Brady, who was listed as a full participant in Wednesday's practice with a left shoulder injury.

Also removed were defensive lineman Kyle Love, offensive tackle Matt Light, safety Patrick Chung, cornerback Devin McCourty, and wide receiver Julian Edelman.

Chung came back in the last regular season game; he's really more of a run support safety. He played the first seven weeks of the season when the Patriots pass defense was at its worst.

While the Patriots pass defense gave up the second most yards, I wouldn't say they had the second worst pass defense....they were second in interceptions. However, they allowed 62% completions and 8 yards per pass, both very bad numbers. I would call them a below average pass defense.

If I had an easy outlet to bet on sports, I'd be putting significant (to me, anyways) money on the over for Denver/New England. It's at 49 or 50. With New England's bad pass defense, Denver's run game setting up the big play, and the fact that Brady is going to blow out the Broncos, it's as easy money as it gets.
Dammit, I need a bookie.
