Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Halftime against Oakland: 6 of 17 for 48 yards.

The Broncos actually took a field goal off the board after a roughing the kicker penalty. Two knuckle ball passes and a holding call later, they miss a field goal.

For the season: 41 of 93 for 460 yards.

I'm a Broncos fan but am not a homer nor think Tebow is anywhere close to the answer so this is a very hypothetical question. If Tebow finishes out the season strong and leads Denver to let's say second in the AFC West (even though that's nothing prestigious) will all this hatred of him continue?

haha, it's more of an internet meme than anything. i don't hate him, per se, but find his antics regarding religion in the public realm over the boundary of annoying/ridiculous which is why i have fun making fun of him. i think he's pretty god damn bad (pun intended) at football, but that's just a sidebar to how ridiculous he is as a person (at least for me). i guess i'm just an antagonist. :P

and before anyone brings it up, YES i've heard how *saintly* tebow is off the field and how good of a guy he is. that's fine, never met the guy, but i do see him going out of his way to shove religion down your throat, which is why I am annoyed by him. at the end of the day i suppose i don't really care whether he's good or bad, but my inner-antagonist will never miss an opportunity to rub a little dirt in his face.

Can I get some examples on him being ridiculous with his religion?

by no means am I offended, nor do I want it to be misconstrued that I actually care, but here are a few:

1) look at his twitter feed -- I'm not a follower of his but happened to see it today
2) kneeling in the middle of the field and praying after the dolphins win. praying is one thing, but he made a scene out of it, and you can't convince me otherwise.
3) he puts bible verses on his eye black.
4) that annoying ass super bowl commercial.

like I said it's just annoying/bizarre to me which is why I will gladly jump on the "make fun of tebow" pile, but if he has a long, prosperous NFL career that's a-okay with me.

It's really funny how much you have to say you don't care about him or his antics. You just happened to see his twitter feed today huh? Haha. I can definitely see how he is shoving his religion down your throat with those examples. He is wayyyyyy over the top. I guess when a fan wears their team's merchandise everyday, watches every game, talks about them on a sports message board, goes on trips to watch them, etc. it's just normal right?

FWIW I saw it because I was scrolling through reddit.

I realize that I'm a player hater by nature, and I'd stop, but it's just too fun. like I said I'll gladly see him be a successful NFL player, but if not I'll happily hate on him too. haha.
