Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Rick Perry is a complete douchbag.
Unfortunately for him, he can't follow GWB's recipe for success with social conservatives. The economy and wars in the middle east will dominate this election.
People like Perry and Bachmann don't stand a chance because the social conservative vote it the only cache they have.

This video has truly gone viral. Over 2 million views since yesterday with nearly half a million dislikes. How long before it gets pulled?

Man this guy is a moron. The only real chance this ad would have had in helping him would have been in the general election.
And even then it would have been risky as it could have alienated a lot of independent voters. I just can't understand what he and his team were thinking.

I mean can they not see that Santorum and Bachmann - who have based their campaign on social conservative issues - aren't going anywhere? People in general don't want to be preached at. And they darn sure don't want to be preached at when there are a lot bigger issues to worry about right now.

This ad was bad for his chances in the primary.

It would have been an absolute disaster if he ran it as the candidate in a general election.

Queers, Fears, and Smears. Can't run a GOP campaign without at least some of them. And in this ad neatly encompasses all three.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed
