...seriously, LSU never even got the ball past the 50 yard line...in a championship game...WOW!!!...how can anyone not appreciate that?...Alabama dominated an EXCELLENT LSU team... ...the real entertainment is going to be at work tomorrow when our UPS driver (a HUGE Bama fan) rubs our sales rep's (a HUGE and sensitive UT fan) nose in this...I will just sit back and watch the fireworks... |

Alabama's defense was uber impressive, but to be factual LSU got the ball to the Alabama 32 in the fourth quarter. |

well, wasn't around for most of the cfb season, so didn't realize they already played oregon once. thx for pointing that out...my fault. however, while i agree with your points, there is also something to be said (from a 'best game at the time stance') of arguing for either wisky or oregon. the ducks are, at least of late, a much stronger team as the season goes along, so likely a better 'O' than what lsu faced earlier. and wisky's losses could have easily both gone the other way. but, understand the argument your making and agree that the game wasn't 'just terrible' or anything like that. personally, just frustrated from a fan's standpoint that miles' didn't seem willing to explore all options out there to make it a potentially great final. |

I can't stand Alabama! What Saban did to LSU would be the same as IU losing Knight to Kentucky. What makes it even worse for LSU, is that it was in the same conference. |

I watched It's Always Sunny reruns instead of this abomination of a title game. |

I think Oklahoma State proved they should have been in this game, and it would have been a hell of a lot more exciting had they been. Thanks a lot BCS |

If Oklahoma State was in this game they would of played LSU. How would that of been fair considering the result of the actual game? |

Alabama is national champion but didn't even win a division in their conference. How is that fair? |

Agreed. Also, now I know how girls think about sports. Going into the game, I didn't care whatsoever who won, so I rooted for Alabama since I like their colors more (closer to IU). |

Creative Title Here

I certainly appreciated Alabama's ridiculous defense. Shades of Miami dominance. However, I did not appreciate LSU bumbling away ever single opportunity given to them. I didn't appreciate Alabama playing for field goals. I didn't appreciate seeing passes get thrown into the ground 5 yards before an open receiver. I didn't appreciate completely blow assignments by the offensive lines. There was a lot of poor football in that game in addition to the beauty that Bama's defense brought to the table as well. |
