Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,

I think it'll be a split, with Indiana having better odds of a sweep if both teams play the way they have been playing. Purdue's been way to inconsistent and Indiana way too consistent to expect Purdue to be able to put together two efforts capable of beating the Hoosiers.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

Road games are an absolute bitch in the B1G, obviously. For anyone to win 3-4 this season will be monumental for said team.

OSU, Michigan, Purdue, and even Minny will be extremely tough for IU this year, to get just one of those (IMO), would be a success.

Hell, I'm not ashamed to say IU sweeps. I don't like purdue. I will never pick them over IU. Especially when we are now able to compete game in and game out.

I don't know, I'm sure Indiana will compete hard and be in the game. I think OSU wins, but if it gets late in the game, seems Indiana has more guys who will make winning plays (or not make losing plays) than OSU has.

This post isn't going to be very popular with the IU brethren, but the realist in me says we lose by 16. At the least.

I didn't expect to win at Michigan State, I don't expect to win at Michigan or Purdue, and I certainly don't expect to win this one.

Not being negative, just a realistic assumption, but that's just the way it is in one of the toughest conferences in the country.

I look at the Mich St. game and the thing that stood out to me, although we lost, was that we were in that game, and at times up around 10 or something like that. We can compete and as long as we can compete and stay within striking distance, around 5 or under, we can hit a couple of threes and make life interesting. I think we learned from the Michigan State game and it's going to be a very competitive game

Last team that was supposed to blow us out by 15 we gave their first loss...

Idk. We played OSU without Will the first time, so adding him couldn't hurt. (At least improves defense). I don't think anyone on IU's team is afraid of Sullinger and Bufford and their rep. .... or OSU's rep as a whole. Who the fuck is OSU in basketball? We're Indiana. I think that's how our guys minds are starting to think. You aren't going to out work us... so good luck in praying Zeller or Watford fouls out.

I voted split, but either team could pull off a sweep. It's a rival game and anything can happen no matter how down or up a team is
