Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Well, I have a friend that is retiring from watching the NFL then. Sad day for him.
Maybe he'll hold up his end like you did about posting here if UM ever signs a top 10 basketball class.
A:) Has Michigan signed a top 10 class?

B: ) Why are you being a douchebag?
The crap that I take on a regular basis on this site, every once in awhile its hard for me to not give it back a little bit.

Considering some of the happenings of the past few days with the Big Ten All Conference teams and awards, I think I've been on good behavior lol.
Not to divert, but in the past few days Indiana completed their sweep of Purdue. Isn't that a little bigger than awards?
Never said they wouldn't. At the beginning of B1G play, I thought it'd be a split with Indiana having better odds of a sweep, congrats on the sweep. Indiana was certainly the better team.

Some of the things I said in regards to All Conference teams were laughed at, same with the FOY award. But you haven't seen me going around attacking people on it. Same w UM winning a share of the conference.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

This whole damn situation is Curtis Painter's fault anyways...
I blame Caldwell and the Pollians for not having Orlovsky play more of the season. He would have played us out of the top 3 picks

Yeah I was a little more emotional about it than I thought I'd be. Tough to see a player/person who has represented my team and state so well leave. Was a hell of a ride and I'm officially a fan of whatever team Manning ends up on. I understand why this is happening but its still a little surreal that the Manning era is over.

I was pretty sad listening to it on the radio during lunch, and I'm not even a Colts fan. I agree though, I'll be rooting for whoever he signs with to some degree, and more so if it isn't in the NFC West.

...not a colts or manning fan...

...but...

...i have to say that the situation was handled pretty well and it was pretty classy to see those guys up there and as emotional as they were...very well done, Colts nation...

Disagree with the part about it being handled pretty well...Irsay shouldn't have drug this whole thing out until now. He knew exactly what he was going to do as soon as he got the #1 pick...all he's done is made it harder for everyone waiting until now to make it official. Don't be surprised to see those moving vans sneaking away to L.A. with our team in the middle of the night sometime soon...

I understand that this was upsetting, but Manning being out last year wasn't even 50% of the cause of the 2-win season.

Put some of the blame on Caldwell for sticking with Painter, and well...just being a crappy coach in general, but the same team went 10-6 the year before with him so I tend to disagree...

Easy there. That's probably a 10 win team with Manning, maybe more. People quickly forget how good he was.

Do you think Manning would have competed 71% of his passes and thrown for about 4000 yards with 25 TDs and 8 interceptions?

Becuase that is what Colts opponents did.

The colts defense sucked ass this season. Maybe Manning would have doubled as a pass rusher??
