Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I, personally, am very happy with everyone picking against us... Im loving it!

Yeah, KY may be coming out to TRY to exact their revenge on us but...

with the same emotion... and the same ferocity, we're going out there to prove the doubters wrong...

we're going out there to lay claim to our place in NCAA Tourny lore...

we're going out there to make a statement of our own... that statement is NOT "We're back!", the college basketball world knows we're back!

We're not going out there to state "We're just happy to be back in the tourny", we came to the tourny to finish the season with a 6 game winning streak!

We're not going out there to state "We have nothing to lose so we're going to go out there and give it our best shot"....

No Our Hoosier Boarders... we're going out there for one statement and one statement only...

a statement made way back on April 1, 2008 by Coach Tom Crean and it's now come full circle... it's now coming to fruition..

It's Indiana... It's Indiana.

I think a few major gameplanning decisions will be who does Calipari put MKG on. In the first game, he put him on Hulls most of the game. This time around, I think he'll put him on Oladipo.

And the next one is how to keep Hulls on the floor. Lamb and Teague really took advantage of him off the dribble last game.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

He's my favorite non-Purdue player in college basketball.

Lamb went 5-14 against IU last game. i am hoping he takes advantage of him again and goes 5-14

In DC's defense, he did say off the dribble. With that being said, i have no idea how Lamb shot from the outside and how he did around the basket. I distinctly remember Hulls looking like he was playing defense in the sand against Teague the last 5 minutes, however.

Lamb had one assist. Lamb was a non factor.

I realize he was a non-factor, overall. I'm hoping for a similar performance in round 2.

They switched Hulls off of him in the second half and onto Teague.

We have absolutely nothing to lose vs UK. I don't think we win, but I'm not going to hang my head if we lose by 20.

It's been an unbelievable ride this year, one I won't forget.

so you mean to tell me Hulls guarded Lamb the entire first half and Teague the entire second half?
