We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! From the article you cited in the shout box: "Are guys like LeBron James and Dwyane Wade going to get calls that Paul George and Darren Collison aren't going to get? Obviously. Did it hurt the Pacers to have so many players in early foul trouble? Obviously. Deal with it." That's what is wrong with the NBA. That kind of logic -- that experience and talent deserves extra advantages -- is what makes the NBA unwatchable. Honestly, I don't care about the NBA.....but the above quote, from an article you cited to DEFEND NBA refs, is the reason. |

I think the Pacers blew a chance to win the game and honestly think that they have a better team than Miami as a whole. But this game was brutal to watch, at one point in the 1st half it was 12 foul calls on the Pacers to 3 on Miami. The funniest thing I saw was when Wade lowered his shoulder on a drive and the defender just moved and he fell down (no travel called, of course) and Wade expected a foul called. Wade sandbagged while he bitched and ended up with a layup off a turnover.....sad. The Pacers may just be too young to have the mentality to step on Miami's throat but they are a better team, IMO. |

I'm pretty sure when Ronnie attacked those fans a few years back it was because they were against world peace... |
