Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Brust.
And Michigan is so far behind on fouls that they almost have to go for a 3 themselves.
I think you might want to amend your prediction of Michigan winning conference at 16-2.

In three days, Michigan plays at Michigan State....loss there would put them at four losses.

BTW.....go Boilers tonight!
Haha, okay. I suppose we should all go back and amend everything we have all been wrong about on here. I'm sure that wouldn't take very long.
It would probably take more time than it took Michigan to lose three conference games, which wasn't long.

The point is that anyone thinking that two losses would win the conference was flat wrong.
Game time or real time? Either way, good job to you, I was wrong about something. I'll be sure to send you a cookie.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

FWIW, Belein said post game that on Brust's final shot in regulation they had said in the timeout to foul. The defender (LeVert) just didn't execute.

If we win tomorrow at OSU, the top 5 is going to be a clusterfuck. We could hold the #2 or #3 spot, but it's not likely we get the win anyway.

I have NO idea what the top 5 may look like... if we can beat OSU on their court, thats going to be huge and would land us no lower than 3 I think. The only sure thing in the top five is that Duke should land the number one spot, but then again, Duke has to win @BC tomorrow... ugh... if they lose that, could we hold on to the number one spot?

If Duke loses, I can't imagine someone, outside of the top 5, jumping up to the top spot... What's the highest leap to number one in the history of the rankings? may have to google that... hmmm

I think it would be Villanova's leap from being unranked to #1 in the final standings after winning the NCAA tourney. I don't know if they still do it, but they used to have a final poll that came out after the NCAA tourney.

ok, that would have to be the biggest of all polls but anything during the regular season?

So... if Duke were to lose tomorrow, could you see Gonzaga taking the number 1 spot, since all of the top 5 teams will have lost in the week?
