Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

And Gary Harris is shootin the 3 like he did against us.
I'm upstairs, my son is screaming at me to come down and watch the game. Must be getting good.

Maybe because I hate Kentucky so much, not really sure, but I felt a lot worse for Purdue when Hummel went down when the Boilers were a legit thread to go to the Final Four. Not only was he an extremely likable kid, but PU actually had a chance to do something they've not done before.

That said, it's never good when a young guy goes down, no matter who he plays for. I feel bad for him (not Kentucky) as well.
I think it hurts more when you have a kid staying with the program for 3 or 4 years and gets hurt compared to a player using the college game to buy time until you go pro... in the first instance, there's a sense of loyalty to a team that you dont have with the second player, hence hurting more

So who do we want to win this Mich/Mich St. game, which would be the best for IU?

I think Michigan State... that would put Michigan 2 games behind IU and Mich St has a 4 game stretch in about a week that is lethal and I could see them losing 2 out of the four... where as, I could see Michigan going undefeated after this game, including beating us at Michigan. So I believe this is the last chance for Michigan to lose a game in the regular conference where as Michigan State will have a few potential losses

Well, looks like that will happen! They are demolishing them right now.

Michigan is settling for 3s now. They're down by 20 but there's still 13 minutes left to play

Michigan fans are livid on the ESPN board. I think the wolves have thrown the towel in. Definitely a young team that let that loss to wiscy get to them

Hardaway is 1 of 11...not sure he can use the youth card, though.

Not surprised Sparty won, but definitely didn't see a massacre unfolding. Wow.

If we go to Sparty and lose by 23, I think I'll avoid the message boards for a day or two, haha.

Michigan won't be finishing out their schedule undefeated with efforts like that....that couldn't have played out much better for IU than it did, IMO. That was an ass whooping and has to be yet another little mental thing.

I did notice that Izzo had starters in up 30 with around 2+ minutes left, hope nobody on here is offended :)

There's a pic of the Noel injury on the Internet. I'd bet my life savings that its a torn ACL, maybe more.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel
