Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

I'd say St.Louis just punched their ticket. Season sweep of Butler and most likely will win A10 regular season crown. Even an early A10 tourney exit won't keep them from an at large bid.
Agree.

If they are an easy team to put in, can you imagine what the bubble is going to look like?
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

"I’d take him to the ends of the earth — I’d want him playing for me.” - Bo Ryan on Robbie Hummel

Not only are they in, but they're a team i wouldn't want Indiana to face in the tourney.

Yep.

Big Ten bubble, IMO:

Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa.

Illinois is going to be very interesting becauee they've gone 7-7 in the Big Ten but I would predict a 1-3 finish. They play at Michigan and at Ohio State, host Nebraska, and also play at Iowa. A win in any of their road games should lock them up a spot, but I think they might be in with an 8-10 conference finish and one BTT win. That would give them 22 wins.

Minnesota: 6-8 in conference; host Indiana, host Penn Stat, go to Nebraska, go to Purdue. A win over Indiana would probably lock up a spot or if they could sweep the other games.

Iowa: 6-7 in conference...but an incredibly favorable schedule left. They go to Indiana, but their other games are home and home with Nebraska, hosting Illinois and hosting Purdue. Possibly could even finish at 10-8. If they finish 9-9 or worse, it will be interesting to see if they get in because their SOS in non-conference games was very weak and their best win was at home against Wisconsin, which doesn't rank up with Minnesota (beat both Wisky and Michigan State) or Illinois (beat Indiana and Gonzaga).

I think Illinois is probably in with a win vs. Nebraska and as long as they don't get blown out the other games. The bubble looks to be pretty weak this year and Illinois has good wins that probably blow other bubble teams out of the water. Have beaten IU, OSU, and Gonzaga.

Illinois and Minnesota are definitely in. Iowa needs some huge wins plus a run in the Big Ten Tournament to have any chance of getting in.

Miami down 13 at half at 11 and 14 Wake Forest. Would like to see one these non-tournament bound ACC teams finally finish the deal against them.
