Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

What the hell was Notre Dame wearing?
Their Wildcat stomping gear.
Hell yeah. Wildcats suck

Anybody watch Florida play last night? I was pretty impressed with what I saw from them. Even with Boynton having a terrible shooting game and Young benched to start the game, they still ran Marquette off the court. Looks like Billy the Kid's got another pretty good team this year.

Kentucky getting pounded at Notre Dame right now. I'm sure this will reinforce Cal's decision to never play on the road. Damn SEC/Big East challenge!
Too soon to tell who the real contenders are this year but some of the pretenders are being exposed.

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed

Georgetown just played Tennessee and won 37-36. When I saw the final score, I thought maybe the game was canceled or something. No player for either team scored in double figures.

Both teams played great defense....all the way to the free throw line where they combined for 7 of 20.

That's really saying something because if you've been watching college basketball, there have been some UGLY games. The USC-Texas game in Maui was horrendous.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

baylor maybe?

either way, doesn't matter. i'm sure cal has his sights set on next year already. if he doesn't have a nba top tier freshman class coming in...then what's the point...right?

Better hope some of those guys go to the NBA. If a couple stick around, and they add Wiggins to their 2013 class, they'll almost certainly be preseason favorites next year.

I'd assume Noel and Poythress will go. EDit: Goodwin is probably gone too.

Iowa is that rec league team that walks back on defense and then leaks out for the fast break every damn play.

IU has played some bad, horrible, awful, heinous defense in the the last 4 years, but this Iowa defense is a new low..

Down goes UK at home to an unranked Baylor team that just lost at home to College of Charleston. Funny they replaced IU with Baylor and still lost their home winning streak.

I think we are seeing why UK wouldn't play IU
