Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

The Indiana Hoosiers moved to the Big Ten Tournament Semi-Finals with an 80-64 win over Illinois on Friday Afternoon.

The Crypt Keepers beat Michigan by a score of 68-59.

No explanation is needed here. This is a revenge game for the Hoosiers, period. We all know what happened when these teams met earlier in the season. But the Badgers will look to once again (bore an opponent to death) look to pull the upset.

How will the Hoosiers respond to the challenge brought forth by the Badgers and Head Coach Bo(ring) Ryan?

This game is scheduled for a 1:40 PM ET / 12:40 PM CT tip-off, and will be broadcast live on CBS.

Please post all pre-game, in-game, and post-game thoughts here.

Thanks,

HoosierKDH82

Curious to see how the game will be officiated. If the refs allow them to mug IU like they do in Madison, it will be a long tough game.

I'm already up and pumped! Tried to sleep in but couldn't...

Keys to this game for Indiana:

1) Blocking out and rebounding: Obvious, but we cannot give them ANY extra possessions. Lets them drain another 30+ seconds off. Rebounding seems to have been our weakness in a least a couple of our losses. Very crucial today.

2) Continued productivity from the bench: We need "Good Will Sheehey" to be there each game, and Hollowell to bring energy from the outset when he comes in. Any other bench production is gravy, IMO. We need to neutralize (if not better) Wisconsin's bench production.

3) Hopefully Hulls' shot is going down today, and he got the bad BTT shooting game behind him. Obvious, but when we get opportunities, must hit open shots.

4) No freaking zone. Play good, tough M2M. Zone could potentially give them really good looks at 3's.

5) Be mentally strong. This is Wisconsin we're playing. They'll get lucky breaks, bounces, crap shots that go in, etc. As hogville mentioned, who knows how the game will be called. Play through all of it, playing the type of basketball that got us to this point in the season.

Key to the game...pimp slap that ginger all over the court!

I hope Gus Johnson is on the call. I would settle for Nantz and Clark Kellogg though.

I'm with you, Obat. Gus Johnson just makes the game that much more exciting when calling it. Even if Wisconsin is playing.

Agreed. Gus Johnson has slowly become one of my favorite announcers, love his intensity. It just doesn't get anymore boring than Dakich and Terico.

Not even Gus can save the level of boredom when Wisc. is playing...which says a lot about how tough Wisc is to watch.

Officials cluster-f-ing the end of the Memphis/Southern Miss game. Literally a 10 minute review and still screwed up part of the situation.
